Srisha Adka

Srisha Adka is an experienced Production Planner and Logistics Accountant at Basell Polyolefine GmbH since February 2019, specializing in steam cracker operations and high-density polyethylene production. Responsibilities include creating daily and monthly plans in collaboration with stakeholders, monitoring feedstock, managing logistics, and conducting capacity analysis. Prior experience includes a Master Thesis project at Volkswagen AG focused on enhancing part documentation in assembly lines, an internship in pre-series vehicle production, and roles as a Production Engineer at Pressmach Machine Tools and an Industrial Engineer at SONA GROUP. Srisha holds a Master of Engineering in Automotive Service Technology from Ostfalia University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Management from SSIT, Tumkur.
