Trisha Conley

Trisha Conley currently serves as the Executive Vice President of People and Culture at LyondellBasell, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Trisha held the title of Senior Vice President of People Development at Renewable Energy Group, Inc. from August 2020 to January 2023. Trisha's extensive career at BP spanned nearly two decades, where various leadership roles included HR Vice President for Fuels North America and Head of Country HR for Downstream, among others. Trisha's early professional experience includes positions at Mutual of Omaha as a Senior Compensation Consultant and at BGM Industries as Corporate Director of Human Resources. Trisha holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a BA in Public Relations/Communications from the University of Northern Iowa.
