Mike Torakis

Mike Torakis is an accomplished leader in the automotive supply industry, currently serving as Managing Member and CEO of Lyons Manufacturing Group since January 2024. Previously, Mike held various influential positions, including CEO and Co-Owner of McKechnie Vehicle Components, where significant financing was secured for the acquisition of a tier one automotive supply company. As a member of the board of directors for McKechnie, Mike facilitated the strategic sale of the company through comprehensive negotiations. Mike has also contributed as a business consultant, Senior Vice President of Mesirow Financial, and President and COO for Key Plastics and Collins & Aikman, managing substantial operations across multiple regions and driving restructuring efforts to enhance profitability. Additionally, as CEO of Peguform and a key figure at Venture Holdings, Mike played a pivotal role in substantial growth, transforming an organization from $20 million in annual turnover to over $2 billion. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Albion College.
