Ryan Hallings is an accomplished banking professional with over a decade of experience in leadership and loan management. Since March 2012, Ryan has served as Senior Vice President, Team Leader, and Commercial/Agricultural Loan Officer at Lyons National Bank. Prior to this role, Ryan was Vice President of Community Development at Finger Lakes Economic Development Center from August 2008 to March 2012. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Public Policy from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and a Master of Science in Management from Keuka College.
