Christian Demoux

Christian DeMoux is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as the Director of HRBP at Lyra Health since April 2022. Prior to this role, Christian held significant positions at NextRoll, Inc., McKesson, Fidelity Investments, CoreLogic/MCS, Dannon Company, and General Mills, focusing on talent development, scaling operations, and strategic HR management. Notable achievements include leading high-potential programs at McKesson and developing talent strategies within IT at Fidelity Investments. Christian holds an MA in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a BS in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
