Hallie Espel-Huynh is an experienced professional in the field of clinical research and behavioral science, currently serving as a Senior Clinical Research Manager at Lyra Health since October 2022. Previously, Hallie worked as a Behavioral Scientist at Calm, contributing to the development of a mindfulness app aimed at enhancing mental health for direct-to-consumer and business-to-business users. At The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, Hallie held multiple roles including Research Assistant Professor, where NIH-funded research focused on optimizing digital behavioral health tools, and Postdoctoral Research Fellow, conducting research on user engagement with these tools. Hallie's earlier experience includes a Clinical Psychology Residency at The Renfrew Center, where evaluation of evidence-based practices took place across numerous clinical sites, as well as an undergraduate research assistantship at Mann Lab during which research on eating behavior was conducted. Hallie earned a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Drexel University and completed a predoctoral internship focused on obesity clinical research at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.
