Jennifer O'Grady

Jennifer O'Grady is a seasoned mental health coach currently working at Lyra Health since June 2021 and is the founder of A Life All In since July 2018, where the focus is on empowering individuals through one-on-one coaching, workshops, and community building. Jennifer's extensive experience includes serving as Project Director for AARP Foundation RSVP Chicago, managing volunteer engagement at Anixter Center, and directing Children's Ministries at Urban Village Church. Jennifer also held various roles at This Is ME, Inc., contributing to program development and administration to support young girls in Chicago. An educational background includes a BA in Journalism from Columbia College Chicago and certification as a Professional Coach from iPEC Coaching.
