Malvika Jain is a seasoned professional with a strong background in strategy and operations, currently serving as the Manager of Strategy and Operations - Provider Ops at Lyra Health since October 2022. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Bain & Company from September 2019 to October 2022, where significant contributions involved performance improvement strategies for hospitals in Eastern India and leading cross-functional teams. Malvika also held positions at Genentech and Bain & Company, where skills in financial modeling, growth strategy, and commercial due diligence were developed. Additionally, an impactful volunteer tenure at the Clinton Health Access Initiative involved co-developing a national hepatitis C program in India.
