Monica Ponce

Monica Ponce is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in healthcare and business operations. Currently serving as Operations Lead at Lyra Health since July 2020, Monica has advanced through various roles, including Sr. Operations Associate and Coaching Program Associate. Prior experience includes managing client relationships at Honor and overseeing training and performance at Suki, where Monica contributed to operations and vendor management. Earlier roles also encompass performance auditing at Augmedix and patient care coordination at Blende Dental Group. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of the Philippines and a degree in Clinical Medical Assisting from San Francisco State University.
