Rachel Davidson is an experienced clinical quality leader with a focus on behavioral health, currently serving as Director of Clinical Quality at Lyra Health since July 2021, where responsibilities include providing consultation and management to therapists and developing projects to enhance organizational practices. Previously, Rachel worked as a National Consultant for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, specializing in Interpersonal Psychotherapy for Depression, and held roles such as Trauma Psychologist and Adjunct Professor at the University of Tampa. Earlier training includes a postdoctoral residency at the Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center and a predoctoral internship at the Veterans Administration. Rachel holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Idaho State University and a BS in Psychology from San Diego State University.
