Ruby Madani

Ruby Madani, ICF-PCC, is an experienced professional in coaching and leadership development, currently serving as a Wellbeing Coach at Lyra Health since November 2022. As the Founder of Talentrica L.LC. since March 2021, Ruby empowers leaders to transform talent into achievement. Additional roles include Performance Coach at Coaching for Educators C4E, Mentor Coach at Coaching For Everyone, and Leadership Coach at Thrive Partners, all of which began in 2020 and 2021. Previously, Ruby worked as a Civil Engineer at Consolidated Contractors International Company from March 2008 to February 2010. Ruby holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the Pacific, completed in 2007.
