Clara Schroeder

Clara Schroeder has a diverse work experience starting in 2018. Clara was the Owner & Founder of Living with Clarity™ LLC, where they provided life coaching for ecologically conscious individuals and offered online and in-person nature coaching. Additionally, they worked as a Sales Associate at REI from August 2019 to July 2021. Clara also held a position as a Limited Partner at Pet Indulgence from August 2018 to August 2019. More recently, they joined Aura Health as a Meditation Coach starting in September 2022. Clara's most recent role is as a Mindfulness Teacher Mentor at the Mindfulness Training Institute, where they support and mentors certified mindfulness teachers.

Clara Schroeder has a diverse education history, with a focus on psychology, spirituality, coaching, and environmental studies. In 2014-2015, Clara attended Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business and pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management. Clara then transferred to Santa Rosa Junior College in 2016-2017 to further their studies in Environmental Studies.

In 2017, Clara enrolled at Sonoma State University and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies in 2019. Building upon their undergraduate education, they joined Teachers College, Columbia University in 2020 and pursued a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology and Spirituality at the Spirit Mind and Body Institute, which they completed in 2021.

Throughout their academic journey, Clara Schroeder also obtained additional certifications. In 2021, they became a Certified Mindfulness Teacher from the Mindfulness Training Institute. In 2022, they obtained a Professional Ecotherapy Certification from TerraSoma Ecopsychology Training Institute. This certificate complemented their studies in Ecopsychology, a field they explored at the same institution. Additionally, Clara became a Wilderness First Responder in late 2022, through the NOLS Wilderness Medicine program.

Further expanding their expertise, in the same year, Clara obtained a Professional Co-Active Coach certification from the Co-Active Training Institute, indicating their interest in coaching and personal development.
