Ruth Lamberty

Ruth Lamberty, ACC, CPC, is an experienced professional in coaching and community engagement with a strong background in marketing. Currently serving as the Founding Coach at Adult Prep since August 2016, Ruth focuses on teaching life skills and providing organizational consulting. Additionally, Ruth works as an Emotional Wellness Coach at Lyra Health, where the aim is to enhance behavioral health care. Previous roles include Adjunct Faculty at Carroll Community College, where Ruth taught technology life skills to young adults with cognitive disabilities, and Director of Engagement and Marketing at The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, responsible for community engagement initiatives and large-scale events. Ruth's marketing experience spans various organizations, including Troika Entertainment and Baltimore City Paper, contributing to strategic planning and fostering client relationships. Ruth holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Florida.
