Sarah K, LMHC, currently serves as the Complex Care Management Supervisor and Clinical Care Navigator at Lyra Health since March 2020, where responsibilities include connecting individuals with complex mental health needs to quality care and supporting clients in crisis. Previously, Sarah worked as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Brightside, assisting clients in managing symptoms of depression and anxiety. Experience at Rogers Behavioral Health included roles as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Behavior Specialist, utilizing evidence-based therapies to address mood disorders in both individual and group settings. Sarah also owns Magnolia Counseling Services and has held various intern positions focusing on counseling, research, and program development throughout a comprehensive educational background, including a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the University at Albany and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida.
