Sarah Lawson

Sarah Lawson is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in therapy and crisis intervention. Currently serving as a Lyra Care Therapist at Lyra Health since October 2019, Sarah conducts video therapy sessions utilizing a CBT framework and incorporates other evidence-based modalities such as ACT, CPT, DBT, and MI. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as an Emergency Department Social Worker at Harborview Medical Center and Virginia Mason Medical Center, providing crisis intervention and psychosocial support to patients and families facing trauma and mental health challenges. Experience also includes a tenure as a Contract Therapist at BetterHelp.com and as a Social Work Intern at Serenity Counseling Services, where Sarah engaged in group and individual counseling focused on addiction and chemical dependency.
