Stephanie leads people operations, recruiting, total rewards, and HR business partners at Lyra. Previously, Stephanie was an HR executive at Gusto, overseeing internal communications, people operations, total rewards, and people analytics. She also worked at Dropbox, Google, and NBCUniversal. Stephanie is a graduate of Harvard College and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
