Mike Mason

Mike Mason is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently a Talent Acquisition Associate at Lyra Technology Group since March 2024, Mike previously held the role of Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Recruiter at Tovala from February 2021 to January 2024, where foundational talent acquisition processes were established for the growing start-up. Prior experience includes serving as the lead recruiter for Corporate Support at ICS, a Korn Ferry company, from June 2015 to February 2021, and working as a Data Acquisition Specialist at TransUnion in 2014-2015. Mike began a career in recruitment with a Public Relations and Social Media internship at Iowa Valley Habitat for Humanity in 2012. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa, Mike brings a diverse skill set to talent delivery in various sectors including Technology, Marketing, and Human Resources.
