Wendy Dempsey

Wendy Dempsey currently serves as the Director of Finance & Resources at Lyric Hammersmith Theatre since August 2025, and also holds a position as a Board Member at Theatre Deli and as a School Governor at Woodbridge High School. Additionally, Wendy is a Climate Reality Leader with The Climate Reality Project and previously held the role of Director of Finance & Operations at Create (Arts) Ltd until July 2025. Wendy has experience as a School Governor at Gearies Primary School and Churchfields Junior School, and has held general management positions at Theatre Royal Stratford East, Ovalhouse, and the Dublin Fringe Festival. Wendy holds a BA (Hons) in Drama with English from The University of Manchester.
