Chris Maravich

Chris Maravich is a seasoned lighting professional with extensive experience in the performing arts sector. Currently serving as the Lighting Director at the Lyric Opera of Chicago since July 2013 and as the Lighting Supervisor for The Joffrey Ballet since August 2018, Maravich has also contributed as Adjunct Faculty at DePaul University from April 2016 to May 2019. Prior to these roles, Chris held the position of Lighting Director at San Francisco Opera from January 2006 to October 2012, showcasing a strong background in theatrical lighting design and education.
