Gregg Brody possesses extensive experience in ticketing and customer service within the performing arts and sports industries. Currently serving as the Box Office Director at the Lyric Opera of Chicago, Gregg has successfully enhanced revenue through strategic ticketing system management and compliance with ADA regulations. Previous roles include Box Office Treasurer & Ticket Manager at Harris Theater for Music and Dance, where Gregg implemented an annual subscription campaign and modernized ticketing processes. Additionally, experience encompasses leading ticket sales for the Chicago Express Hockey Team and managing ticket operations for the AT&T Byron Nelson Golf Championships. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Sport Administration and Public Relations, along with a Master's program in Sport Administration from Ball State University.
