Christina Ray

Christina Ray is an experienced music educator and performer currently serving as an Instructor of Voice and Music Theory at the University of Missouri-Columbia and as an Adjunct Professor of Voice. With a diverse background in performance, Christina is a Chorister with the Lyric Opera of Kansas City and founded Landlocked Opera Inc, where Christina holds the position of President. Previous roles include Adjunct Professor of Voice at Central Methodist University and Voice Instructor for Continuing Education at Johnson County Community College. Christina has also contributed as a Children's Choir Director and Alto Section Leader at Atonement Lutheran Church and as Voice Faculty at various institutions. Christina's educational qualifications include an Artist Certificate in Vocal Performance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from Louisiana State University, and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
