Matthew Edgell

Matthew Edgell is an experienced technical director with extensive expertise in programme management and project delivery across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Technical Director and Head of Programme Management and PMO's at Lysander, Matthew previously held senior roles at AtkinsRéalis, where responsibilities included directing regional programme management solutions internationally. Matthew's tenure at Arcadis involved leading capital projects for HSBC across Asia Pacific, enhancing service delivery and account performance. Previous roles include positions at EC Harris, B&Q, Marks and Spencer, and Buro Four, contributing to various successful projects and improvements in quality and governance. Matthew holds a B Eng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Loughborough University and completed the Programme Management Flagship Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
