Cosmin Desliu

Cosmin Desliu is a skilled telecommunications professional with extensive experience in network engineering and performance optimization. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at Lyse since February 2023, Cosmin focuses on RAN software testing and performance monitoring for 4G and 5G networks. Previous roles include Radio Performance Engineer at ice Norway and Information Technology Senior Delivery Manager at PepsiCo, where project management and network infrastructure delivery were key responsibilities. With a strong technical foundation as a People Manager at _VOIS and a Senior Radio Frequency Optimization Engineer at Ericsson, Cosmin has been involved in significant projects across leading companies, including Vodafone and Huawei. Cosmin holds a Master's degree in Signal Processing and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
