Øivind Bakken

Øivind Bakken is an experienced telecommunications professional with a background in service operations, engineering, and technical support. Currently serving as the Head of NOC Øst at Lyse Tele since February 2024, Øivind previously held the position of Head of Service Operations Center at ice Norway from January 2017 to February 2024, overseeing vendor contracts and ITIL processes. Øivind's earlier roles include Solutions Architect at NetNordic AS, Presale and Project Engineer at Mobizz AS, and Senior Technical Service Specialist at 3M, where responsibilities encompassed technical support for telecom products. Prior experience also includes positions at TDC Song and Ericsson, focusing on network operations and project engineering. Øivind holds an engineering degree in telecommunications from Oslo and Akershus University College.
