Elizabeth Hahn

Elizabeth Hahn has a diverse work experience. Elizabeth'smost recent position is as a Frontend Engineer at Lyssn, where they started in September 2021. Before that, they attended the Turing School of Software & Design as a graduate from August 2020 to June 2021. During their time at Turing, they received extensive training in front-end web development, focusing on JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Node.js.

In 2019, Elizabeth embarked on a personal project by hiking the 2,192-mile Appalachian Trail as a solo female hiker. This project required extensive research, planning, and execution, showcasing their determination and organizational skills.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Kids' Adventures, Inc. in various roles. As a Training Manager from January 2016 to September 2016, they led the standardization of company training procedures and conducted large-scale trainings. As a Regional Program Manager from August 2015 to September 2016, Elizabeth oversaw multiple programs, collaborating with school staff and managing staffing needs. Prior to that, they served as a Program Support Specialist from January 2015 to August 2015, helping families navigate child care assistance programs. Elizabeth also held the role of Program Director from April 2013 to August 2015, where they developed a comprehensive curriculum and increased participation in the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP).

Elizabeth's work experience also includes an internship as a Social Work Intern at Methodist Medical Center from January 2011 to May 2011. In this role, they provided support to patients and their families, conducted needs assessments, and assisted with discharge planning.

In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications as a "2000 miler" from the Appalachian Trail Conservancy, which they obtained in January 2020, and as a "Mindful Life Ambassador" from Mindful Life, which they obtained in September 2014.
