The leadership team at UsabilityHub has a history of experience in various aspects of design and technology. Co-founder James Young was previously a web designer at Vanguard Investments Australia and a creative designer at Adweb Agency. He also has experience as an experience design manager at Atlassian. Another co-founder, David Kellogg, has a background in computer science from the University of Melbourne and also worked as a mentor at adplist.org and as a member of the Design Leadership Forum.
