Frances Dyson

Frances Dyson is the SVP, People at Lyst. Frances has over 8 years of experience in Human Resources.

Frances started their career as a Human Resources Advisor at FMG Support Ltd in September 2010. Frances was with the company for 2 years and 3 months before moving on to GIST in March 2012. At GIST, they served as HR Advisor for 9 months before joining THE NET-A-PORTER GROUP in January 2013.

Frances spent 2 years and 7 months as Global HR Business Partner at THE NET-A-PORTER GROUP. In September 2015, they joined Kering as Senior HR Manager. Frances was with Kering for 2 years and 11 months before joining Lyst in August 2018.

Frances Dyson studied Geography, Law, English and Theirtory at Greenhead College. Frances then attended Durham University, where they earned a 2:1 in BA Geography. After that, they completed a Post-graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (CIPD) at the University of Hertfordshire. Finally, they received certification from SHL in SHL Level A and B.

Frances Dyson reports to Emma McFerran, CEO. They work with Anton Jefcoate - CTO, Liz Kistruck - CFO, and Mateo Rando - Chief Product Officer.
