Yaniv Toledano

Yaniv Toledano is a highly experienced entrepreneur and founder of multiple successful companies. Yaniv is the Founding Partner of LYT Ventures, a venture builder firm focused on creating sustainable ventures in the gig and empowerment economies. Prior to LYT Ventures, Yaniv founded Novo International Realty, Novo Properties, Stay Novo, and Novo World, all of which involved real estate management and hospitality services in New York City. Yaniv also co-founded StayBay, a secure marketplace for corporate housing. Yaniv has a background in real estate sales and marketing, with previous roles at Prodigy Network and Vision Group Real Estate. Yaniv began their career as a Sales & Marketing Manager at Antico Stone and later worked in the same role at Investec Bank. Overall, Yaniv Toledano has a diverse range of experience in entrepreneurship, real estate, and sales & marketing.

Yaniv Toledano earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Technology Management from Holon Institute of Technology in 2005. In 2011, they attended the New York Real Estate School and obtained a Real Estate Broker degree.
