Lyten
Joshua Sumabat is an accomplished chemical engineer with significant experience in process engineering and research and development. Currently serving as a Staff Process Engineer at Lyten since August 2017, Joshua focuses on tools and processes for material production systems. Prior to this role, Joshua worked as a Chemical Engineer at Smart Fuel Solutions, conducting research on pyrolysis processes and assembling pilot scale reactor systems. Joshua also gained valuable experience as an Engineering Intern at ZERE Energy and Biofuels Inc., where R&D efforts were conducted for the California Energy Commission. Joshua holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from San José State University, completed in December 2022, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the same institution, earned in 2016.
