Matan Blum

Matan Blum is a Product Design Engineer at Lyten since January 2023, with a background in mechanical engineering. Previous roles include Treasurer and Chassis Lead at Spartan Racing Electric, where Matan secured an additional $100k in funding, initiated process development for vehicle safety, and significantly improved chassis design, increasing torsional rigidity for the SRE-6. Matan also served as Mechanical Engineering at Upstream Audio & Acoustics, focusing on designing modular components for audio amplifiers and collaborating with manufacturers for mass production. Additionally, Matan served as a Staff Sergeant in the Israel Defense Forces and holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from San José State University, earned in 2022.
