Rachel Joyner has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rachel started their career as an Account Manager at Scripps Treasure Coast Newspapers in 2004, where they successfully grew and maintained a large account base. Rachel then moved on to work as a Marketing Consultant at Ad Resources, Inc. in 2008, where they managed marketing activities and assisted in the development of marketing campaigns. In 2009, Rachel joined Atlantic BT as an Internet Marketing Specialist, where they directly managed a high volume of clients using various marketing strategies to drive positive ROI and improve website performance. Rachel then joined Zift Solutions (previously The Channel Company | SharedVue) in 2013 as a Senior Account Manager. In this role, they effectively managed key accounts until 2016. Rachel's most recent position is with Lytho, where they have held several roles since 2016, including Strategic Account Manager, Director of Customer Success, and currently, Manager of Business Operations.

Rachel Joyner attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication. Additionally, in February 2010, they obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ) certification from Google.
