Daniel MacAya

Daniel Macaya is a seasoned professional in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors, currently serving as Senior Director of Corporate Development and Head of Biology at Conveyor Therapeutics since May 2025. In addition, Daniel is a Board Member at Lytica Therapeutics and previously held the role of Senior Director of Corporate Development at RAVen from July 2023 to May 2025. Prior experience includes a tenure as Director of Corporate Strategy and Operations at Seeker Biologics and various positions at RA Capital Management, where responsibilities included analyzing competitive landscapes and providing strategic insights across multiple disease indications. Daniel's academic background includes a PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, focusing on biomaterials for spinal cord injury treatment, as well as a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from Cornell University.
