Martin Sendyk

Martin Sendyk has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Martin currently serves as the President and CEO of Lytica Inc., a company that specializes in providing component pricing intelligence for the electronics industry. Prior to this role, they worked as a Business Advisor to the Board of Directors and Executives at Lytica Inc.

Before joining Lytica Inc., Sendyk was the Chief Product Officer at Assent Compliance Inc, where they were responsible for the platform vision and leading various teams including Product Management, Engineering/R&D, UX/Product Design, Data Strategy, AI/Machine Learning, and Security.

Martin also held the position of SVP, Products & Solutions at Irdeto, a company specializing in media protection and revenue assurance solutions for pay TV operators, OTT service providers, and content owners.

Sendyk has experience as the President and CEO of Ambercore Software, a company that developed enterprise-scale big-data knowledge solutions for the energy, mining, and infrastructure industries. Martin also worked as the VP of Business Development at Centrepoint Technologies / Talkswitch and VP of Sales at Nimcat Networks.

Earlier in their career, Sendyk served as GM/EVP at Ubiquity Software, VP of Product Management at Motorola Information Systems, VP of Marketing/Co-founder at Castleton Network Systems, and as a Product Manager at Newbridge Networks. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in various industries including electronics, compliance, media protection, big data solutions, and telecommunications.

Martin Sendyk holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary. Martin also has a Master of Engineering in Management with a core in Business/MBA from the University of Ottawa. Additionally, they are a Registered Professional Engineer certified by the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers.
