Soroush Heydarian

Soroush Heydarian, PMP®, has extensive experience in various engineering roles. Soroush started their career at PISHGAM Industrial Equipment Designers, where they worked as a Research and Development Specialist. In this role, they focused on designing ball valves based on relevant industry standards and optimizing their sealing efficiency through FEA simulations.

Afterward, Soroush joined MOBIN Automation as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. Here, they led a team of engineers and designed and manufactured new products, specifically focusing on pneumatic and hydraulic actuators. Soroush also generated various technical documents and commercial offers related to products and projects.

Soroush then joined Allied Scientific Pro (ASP) as a Senior Mechanical Engineer/Designer. In this position, they designed optical instrument accessories and accessories for collaborative robots. Soroush also conducted testing and analysis using 3D printers and FEA techniques.

Currently, Soroush is working at Lytica Inc. as a Quality Engineer. Soroush'sresponsibilities include developing and implementing quality processes, performing quality checks, and mitigating defects. Soroush is also involved in implementing a document control and change management system.

Throughout their career, Soroush has demonstrated strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a focus on meeting customer expectations and product quality standards.

Soroush Heydarian, PMP®, holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering- Applied Design from Bu-Ali Sina University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their educational background, Soroush has also earned several certifications. Soroush obtained the certifications "Becoming a Six Sigma Green Belt" and "Become a Project Manager" from LinkedIn in November 2022 and October 2022, respectively. Furthermore, Soroush is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute, which they achieved in April 2023.
