Cindy Carter

Cindy Carter currently serves as the VP of Operations & Supply Chain at Lytx, Inc., starting in March 2024. Prior to this role, Cindy held several senior positions at Meta from October 2017 to July 2023, including Senior Director of Enterprise Supply Chain & Operations, where leadership extended over a globally dispersed team responsible for various operational functions, and Senior Director of Global Privacy Program, where Cindy was instrumental in designing and operationalizing a worldwide Privacy Program. Additional roles at Meta included Senior Director of Infrastructure Sourcing, focusing on building a supply chain team for network products. Earlier experience includes serving as VP of Operations at Aruba, guiding a combined supply chain team, and various senior roles at HP over nearly two decades, culminating in the Sr Director of Networking Supply Chain role. Cindy holds a BS in Marketing and an MBA in Finance from California State University-Sacramento.
