Keely Lesher

Keely LeSher, MS, currently serves as the Global Human Capital Program Manager at Lytx, Inc. since September 2023. Previously, Keely held multiple roles at Viasat Inc. from June 2015 to August 2023, culminating in the position of People & Culture Operations (Shared Services) Manager and People & Culture Business Partner, where strategic partnerships with senior leadership were developed to support a diverse workforce of over 500 employees. Expertise in organizational change implementation contributed to enhancing company culture and employee engagement. Earlier roles included Talent Acquisition Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Coordinator, focusing on candidate sourcing and the interview process. Keely's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from the University of Denver, along with additional qualifications in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial/Organizational.
