Jayson Retarino is a seasoned Support Engineer with extensive experience in technical support and troubleshooting for SaaS products, currently employed at Lyve Global since February 2019. Prior roles include RMA Technical Support at AWOK.com, where responsibilities encompassed diagnosing hardware/software issues and managing service requests, as well as Support Engineer at Emax Electronics LLC, focusing on system maintenance and departmental technical needs. Jayson holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of the East, completed in 2009.
