Shubh Bajaj has work experience in both digital media and human resources. In 2018, they worked as an HR Executive at FastFox.com, where they were responsible for handling the recruitment cycle and sourcing candidates through various platforms. In 2019, they joined Lyxel&Flamingo, starting as a Media Account Manager and later becoming the Director of Digital Media in July 2020.

Shubh Bajaj completed their high school education at Adarsh Public School from 1999 to 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at IMS Engineering College.
