Michael Patterson

Michael Patterson is the Vice President of Operations at M Bar C Construction. Michael has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, and has been with M Bar C Construction for five years. Prior to their current position, they were the Construction Operations Manager / Chief Operations Officer at RQ Construction, LLC for 17 years. In this role, they were responsible for the company's project strategy, legal governance, and oversight. Michael also negotiated change orders with owners and subcontractors, and collaborated with the senior leadership team to create project and operating budgets. Michael is noted for receiving MAP's annual President's Award for Best Managed Company (2008 and 2009) and being featured in Lee Froschheiser's book, Vital Factors, as an example of a well-managed company. Michael has also received a "very good" PPQ rating and an outstanding CCASS rating for several notable projects.

Michael Patterson has a degree in General Education from Trinity Western University and is certified as a Licensed General Contractor from Heritage Enterprises in California.

They work with Josh Emley - Director of Project Management, Barbara Blanton - Controller, and Erik Krivokopich - Vice President of Business Development. Their manager is Jason Ianni, President and CEO.
