Natalie Barrett

Natalie Greko joined M Bar C Construction in 2019 with over ten years of experience in administration and human resources at that time. Natalie received her BA degree in Psychology from Cal State San Marcos in 2015 and earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification in 2021. She now oversees the Human Resources and IT departments and is focused on employee growth, partnering with management and leadership, and ensuring M Bar C remains a competitive employer of choice.
