Valen Jessica N has worked in various roles in different companies. In 2016, they started as an intern at PT. Minamas Plantation for a period of three months. Later that year, they joined Tabloid WI as a Sekretaris Redaksi until August 2018. Then, Valen worked as a Secretary at KPMG Indonesia from September 2018 until November 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Corporate Secretary at PT M Cash Integrasi Tbk from November 2021 onwards.

Valen Jessica N attended STIKS Tarakanita from 2013 to 2016. Valen pursued a program in D3 Secretary, but the obtained degree and field of study are unspecified.
