Kayla Thompson, SPHR, has a diverse background in human resources spanning multiple roles and industries. Kayla currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at M Chest Pharmacy, a role they started in November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Manager at the same company from April 2022 to November 2022, and as a Human Resources Generalist from April 2020 to June 2022.

Before joining M Chest Pharmacy, Kayla gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Specialist at The University of Texas at Tyler from November 2018 to April 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Human Resources Administrator at Enoch Financing, L.P. from August 2013 to November 2018.

From 2016 to 2020, they attended the University of Texas at Tyler and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree (BS) in Human Resource Development. In September 2020, Kayla earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
