Dmitriy Zemel

Dmitriy Zemel has a diverse work experience in the architecture and construction industry. Dmitriy started their career as an Architectural Designer at Mozer Architect Design PC, where they collaborated with the principal architect and clients, investigated building code and zoning situations, and conducted site visits. Dmitriy then joined Exttech LLC (ERA USA) as an Architectural Designer + Facade Specialist, where they worked on building facades and curtain wall systems, collaborating with general contractors and architects and providing design and technical facade solutions. After that, they worked at Integro Building Systems as a Project Manager, overseeing projects from conception to completion. Following this, they joined Golden Glass Building Envelopes as a Senior Project Manager, and currently, they are employed as a Project Manager at M. Cohen and Sons.

Dmitriy Zemel pursued their education in the field of architecture and civil engineering. Dmitriy began their educational journey by enrolling at Kingsborough Community College in 2008, where they studied Engineering Science. Dmitriy then transferred to The City College of New York in the same year and continued to explore their interests in Civil Engineering and Architecture until 2010.

After completing their studies at The City College of New York, Dmitriy Zemel joined CUNY New York City College of Technology from 2010 to 2012. Although the degree obtained during this period is not specified, their focus remained in the field of Architecture.

To further enhance their expertise in Architecture, Dmitriy Zemel pursued a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree at Pratt Institute. This educational journey lasted from 2013 until 2016, showcasing their commitment and dedication to their chosen field.

Additionally, in September 2018, Dmitriy Zemel obtained a certification in Construction Management Foundations from Lynda.com, demonstrating their dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
