Alison Moye

Alison Moye has over 20 years of experience in program management, organizational development, strategic planning, cross-functional team development, and business transformation. Alison has held various leadership positions throughout their career. From 1999 to 2002, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, leading a multi-million-dollar Oracle implementation and delivering training to clients. At BearingPoint, they served as a Senior Consultant, working as a training lead and an onsite project manager/implementation lead. Alison joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Consultant in 2003, where they led business process standardization efforts and trained the IV&V team for a national Siebel implementation. From 2005 to 2016, they worked at Washington Consulting, Inc., starting as an Account Manager and later becoming the Director and Assistant Vice President. During their time there, they managed multiple contracts and projects and successfully turned around failed projects. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Vice President of Consulting Services at Savan Group, where they oversaw service delivery, quality control, and the financial health of ongoing projects. Alison then joined ABM Business Consulting, LLC as the President in 2018. Most recently, since March 2023, they have been working as the Chief Transformation Officer at 11:59.

Alison Moye completed their education in a chronological order. From 1985 to 1995, they attended Cape Henry Collegiate, although no degree or field of study information is provided for this period. Following that, they enrolled at William & Mary from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Operations and Information Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Alison has acquired several certifications. In March 2007, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Later, in November 2018, they became an AWS Business Professional certified by Amazon Web Services. In December 2018, they also obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance. Continuing their professional development, Alison acquired the Building Your Business with AWS certification from Amazon Web Services in February 2020. Lastly, in May 2023, they became a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci.
