Dani Suntup

Dani Suntup is M Corp’s Head of People Strategy and Experience, Dani’s responsibilities include establishing and building out HR strategies, initiatives, and programs to ensure a best-in-class employee experience in today’s remote-first environment.

As M Corp scales and restructures, Dani is helping to drive the organization’s adaptability to growth, building and overseeing the career development roadmap of each role, assessing and powering the organizational development of the business, building policies, ensuring compliance, educating staff on core values, and identifying and implementing talent management strategies.

Prior to M Corp, Dani was the Culture and Employee Experience Manager for 1E, INC where she focused on global engagement strategies to connect employees from India, London, and the US to deliver an unparalleled employee experience.

Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Dani recently relocated from New York to Miami Beach. She is a film and TV enthusiast, an avid fitness fan, and loves to work out, travel, meet new people, try new restaurants, and spend as much time as she can at the beach.
