Laura Moye

Laura Moye has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Laura began their career as an Analyst at Great Atlantic Management, where they coordinated taxes and payments for a multi-million dollar company and completed real estate assessments. Laura then joined Asurion as a Project Manager for a year before moving on to Washington Consulting. At Washington Consulting, Laura served as a Manager and Senior Consultant II, working on various projects including a large-scale satellite ground system for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and developing a naval tracking and administrative tool using Microsoft SharePoint Server.

In 2016, Laura transitioned to Distributed Solutions, Inc. where they held two positions: Program Manager and Release Manager. As Program Manager, they developed and maintained standard operating procedures for the Program Management Office and led recruitment efforts. As Release Manager, Laura managed the release lifecycle across the enterprise for multiple applications and clients, ensuring the smooth implementation of updates, patches, and improvements.

Most recently, Laura joined Infinitive in 2019 as a Director. In this role, they served as a Competency Group Lead & Coach, managing career and learning paths for over 30 employees. Laura was recognized as Mentor of the Year Winner and Principal of the Year Nominee multiple times. Laura also led a team in transforming and enhancing the sustainability of the control ecosystem for financial service clients by evaluating technology controls.

Laura's most recent position is as Vice President at 11:59, beginning in 2023.

Laura Moye completed their education at Virginia Tech, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management in 2008. Prior to attending Virginia Tech, they attended Cape Henry Collegiate from 1989 to 2002. Laura Moye also holds additional certifications, including being a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) obtained from LitheSpeed in November 2019, and a Project Management Professional (PMP®) obtained from the Project Management Institute in April 2012.
