Adam Saggese

Adam Saggese has extensive experience in executive-level operations and supply chain management. Adam most recently served as the Executive Vice President of Operations at M-D Building Products, where they were responsible for overseeing logistics, distribution, manufacturing scheduling, inventory control, and purchasing. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Vice President of Distribution & Logistics at M-D Building Products.

Before joining M-D Building Products, Adam worked at Claire's as the Executive Director of Global Supply Chain, where they were responsible for managing a high-volume operation and leading a large team. Adam also held the position of Director of Global Supply Chain at Claire's, where they oversaw the Global Distribution Center and managed all receiving, inventory, and distribution processes.

Earlier in their career, Adam worked at FireKing Security Group, where they served as the Director of Production & Distribution and as a Plant Manager. In these roles, they were accountable for P&L management, logistics expense, strategic negotiations, and redesigning distribution systems.

Adam's career in supply chain management began at Comcast, where they worked as a Supply Chain Manager, overseeing regional warehouses and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Throughout their career, Adam has demonstrated a strong ability to improve operational efficiency, implement process improvements, and achieve cost savings through strategic negotiations and innovative sourcing techniques.

Adam Saggese has a BA degree in Business Administration from DePaul University. Adam is also a Certified Black Belt in Six Sigma, accredited by the Six Sigma Global Institute and the International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC). Additionally, Adam has received CPIM training from APICS.
