Esa Haapamäki

Esa Haapamäki has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and industries. Esa started their career as a Trainee at Tampereen Ammattikorkeakoulu where they provided IT support and maintained school computers. Esa then joined Tieto as a Software Developer, where they designed, implemented, and tested new features for network elements in mobile networks. Esa also provided technical customer care and problem-solving for telecom operators. Later, they became a Senior Software Engineer at Tieto, where they coordinated the fault correction process in a telecommunication project, resulting in increased software quality. Since 2015, Esa has been working at M-Files, initially as a Systems Specialist responsible for delivering and deploying enterprise content management software. Esa then progressed to the role of Senior Systems Specialist and later became a Technical Advisor. Currently, they hold the position of Tech Lead, AppDev, where they lead technical aspects for application development. Esa's strengths include excellent system knowledge, clear communication abilities, understanding customer needs, driving projects to completion, and issue management.

Esa Haapamäki completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunication from Tampere University of Applied Sciences from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Esa obtained several certifications from M-Files Corporation in August 2015. These certifications include being M-Files Certified Business Administrator, M-Files Certified IT Administrator, and M-Files Certified User.
