Juha O. Jaakkola

Juha O. Jaakkola has over 15 years of work experience in the technology industry. Juha O. started their career at Nokia as an ATO operator trainee in 2005 and continued to work in various roles, including technology expert in application testing services and senior technology expert in testing and devices access services. Juha O.'sresponsibilities in these positions included supporting 3rd party mobile application development and testing activities, maintaining the Remote Device Access mobile application testing service, and coordinating service development and documentation.

In 2012, Juha moved on to become a promotions manager in technical support operations at Nokia. Juha O. was responsible for improving software update adoption and availability for Nokia phones, creating and maintaining software update instruction materials, and coordinating the publishing and localization of content.

From 2014 to 2016, Juha worked at Microsoft as a promotions manager in customer support operations and later as a supportability program manager in mobile supportability. In these roles, they focused on supporting Lumia and legacy Nokia phone customers, creating technical support materials, monitoring customer feedback, and analyzing issues.

Since 2016, Juha has been working at M-Files Corporation. Juha O. started as a cloud specialist in the R&D Cloud DevOps / M-Files Customer Support teams and was later promoted to senior cloud specialist. Juha O.'skey tasks include solving technical M-Files product issues, monitoring and maintaining M-Files cloud services and infrastructure in Azure, and deploying and managing new cloud accounts for customers.

Juha O. Jaakkola completed their education from 1998 to 2001 at Loimaa upper secondary school with an unspecified degree. From 2002 to 2006, they pursued an Engineer degree program in Information Technology at Häme University of Applied Sciences (HAMK). During this program, they focused on embedded systems, computer networks, and software engineering.
