Maria Lipsonen

Maria Lipsonen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Maria most recently worked at M-Files Corporation as a Senior Renewals Manager starting in November 2018. Prior to that, they were a Partner Development Manager at Via Esca Oy from 2018 to October 2018.

From 2016 to 2017, Maria served as the COO, CMO, and co-founder at HUOLETI Oy, where they were responsible for driving marketing and business management activities. Maria also defined product targets and priorities for the company's mobile solution that provides peer support for people with serious diseases or challenging situations.

Before that, Maria held various positions at Oy Raisoft Ltd, MediWare Oy, and Tmi Taika Fitness, where they worked as an Account Manager, Product and Marketing Manager, and Fitness & Wellness Entrepreneur respectively. Prior to that, Maria had a long career at Nokia, where they served in management and technical roles such as Manager, Consumer Validation, NPS Deployment and Test Leader in Nokia Pilots.

Maria started their career at Tampereen Tiivisteteollisuus and Nokian Capacitors as a Purchasing Coordinator and HR Coordinator respectively.

Maria Lipsonen has a diverse education history. Maria completed their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Wellbeing Technology from Tampere University of Applied Sciences from the years 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they had pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Industrial technology and business management from Häme University of Applied Sciences, HAMK, between 1997 and 2000. Additionally, they obtained a Degree of Business and Administration, focusing on Accounting & Finance, from Tampere University of Applied Sciences from 1991 to 1993.

Maria Lipsonen also holds a certification in Change Leadership from the M-Files institution, which they obtained in May 2023.
